This Critical Access hospital is looking for a CRNA to lead their anesthesia program and partner with them to develop their surgical program. The opportunity:
•Practice independently with a strong support staff to provide care to a diverse population.
•Strong referral base with collaborative group of physicians and APPs, including at two outlying health clinics.
•Leadership opportunity as the hospital develops their surgical program and anesthesia needs.
•Enjoy a great lifestyle with a 4-day work week, just 32 clinical hours, no call and no ER coverage.
•Additional income available by picking up call shifts in nearby communities.
Compensation Details:
•Ongoing base salary ranges up to $325K+.
•Up to $30,000 per year in retention bonus or for student loan repayment.
•Great work/life balance with 7+ weeks of PTO, 40+ hour of CME with $4,000 stipend.
