Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Coverage Needed

• Start Date: 7/7/2025
• End Date: Unknown
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour, 10-hour shifts only at this time
• Shifts: 8-hour primarily for GI coverage; 12-hour primarily for OR coverage
• Estimated Shifts/Month: 20
• Commitment to ongoing needs required
• Need locums to pickup Mondays, and locums who are willing to pickup Fridays and stay the entire shift time

Clinical Details

• High volume of GI, Ortho, Neuro, General, Trauma, Uro, Respiratory, CT, EP, Cardioversions
• Care Model: Medically supervised model with 1 Anesthesiologist supervising up to 5 CRNAs
• No OB required
• Medication Management: Omnicell, Pyxis
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: OR nursing, Operating Room Techs, Patient Care Techs
• Call: No

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• State Licensure: Indiana (will accept candidates needing to obtain a license)
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• 200 cases in the last 12 months required for credentialing
• Clear background with no malpractice preferred
• IMLC accepted
• Must have 250 patients and 425 hours of anesthesia practice in the past 12 months
• Prefer candidates who can work at all 3 locations
• No new graduates
