Donald L. Mooney Enterprises, LLC dba NURSES Etc STAFFING is sourcing a qualified Per Diem CRNA for the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center, Clarksburg WV.
QUALIFICATIONS:
License - Shall have a current license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia) when services are performed onsite on VA property. All licenses held by the personnel working on this contract shall be full and unrestricted licenses. Contractor s CRNA who have current, full and unrestricted licenses in one or more states, but who have, or ever had, a license restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily revoked, voluntarily surrendered pending action or denied upon application will not be considered for the purposes of this contract.
Board Certification Shall be currently certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support through the American Heart Association. If applicable, all continuing education courses required for maintaining certification must be kept up to date at all times. Documentation verifying current certification shall be provided by the Contractor to the VA CO on an annual basis for each year of contract performance.

Schedule :
Contractor s CRNA shall be available and present in the surgery area during normal surgery hours. Surgery hours will be established, and may be revised, as deemed appropriate for patient care by the Chief of Staff. Currently, normal hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Off-hours Coverage: Contractor must make the Contractor s CRNA available on-call during all hours when the VAMC clinic is closed, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
The contract CRNA shall provide at least four (4) days of evening on-call coverage and at least one (1) weekend of on-call coverage per month. On-call is at the discretion of the Chief of Surgery Service.
On-call contractor s CRNA must be available at all times for phone consultations with VA residents and CRNAs.
Patients must be seen within 60 minutes of the page when medically indicated.
