Clinical Role:

•   Start Date: ASAP
•   Shift Details: able to work 5-8's, 4'40,s, 3 12's 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p. No call shifts
•   Willing to work weekends but not weekends only and will take someone who can do only 2-3 weeks a month each month
•   Schedule: Once credentialed will get a schedule from site depending on what confirmed for and when they go to med staff orientation
•   Amount of Coverage Needed: 40 hours per week (2 full time because one leaving and several pregnancies)
•   Patient Population/Age: All ages, inpatient, and outpatient
•   Department Description: 3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other. Various
•   Types of surgery - General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center
•   EMR: Cerner
•   Practice Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center Hospital
•   Board Certified Required NBCRNA
•   Active WV License Required
•   ACLS, BLS, and PALS Required
•   Minimum Experience Required: 2 years.
•   Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
