- Other Details: The facility is seeking a CRNA to cover shifts at a 317-bed hospital starting May 17, 2025, with scheduled dates including 5/17, 5/19, 6/1, 6/2, 6/9, and 8/4. Shifts are primarily 7a 7p, with one 7a 3p shift on 6/2. The facility has 11 main ORs and 2 in the ambulatory center, handling cases daily, including ortho, trauma, general, spine, neuro, cath lab, endoscopy, and ambulatory cases. Candidates must hold BLS or ACLS certification. No DEA or CSR is required. Recent hospital experience is necessary. Interviews will be conducted via phone. COVID-19 and flu vaccines are required, with medical/religious exemptions accepted.
