Key Responsibilities: - Lead small-group personal training sessions using Alloy's proven training system.
- Provide clear, motivating instruction with a focus on safety and proper form.
- Offer modifications and support to meet individual client needs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive training environment.
- Maintain a high-energy, engaging atmosphere while keeping sessions structured and effective.
- Guide and empower women and men who want to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident at any stage of life.
- Lead by example as a coach who understands the importance of longevity, strength, and mobility for long-term health.
Qualifications: - Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED Certified
- Minimum 2 years of experience in personal training, group fitness, or a related role
- Strong communication skills and a passion for coaching
- Ability to work evenings and weekends preferred
- Comfortable working with clients across various fitness levels
