THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION FOR AN INDIVIDUAL IN THE PORTLAND AREA ONLY. RISE Law Group is looking to hire a full time Paralegal from the Portland area to join our team. This position would be remote and move to an in-office position as the firm grows in the Portland area.
We pride ourselves on providing unparalleled service to clients, so we're looking for a passionate Paralegal to help us maintain this high standard. This person will build collaborative working relationships with our lawyers - and earn the trust of our clients. The ideal candidate is organized, diligent, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
-Draft and proofread legal documents
-Research facts for hearings/trials
-Manage virtual case files
-Track deadlines to ensure legal documents are filed in a timely manner
-Represent our firm with professionalism and integrity
-Properly organize and handle tasks for multiple attorneys
-Maintain strict confidentiality of organizational and client information
Qualifications
-Paralegal certificate
-Strong attention to detail
-Exceptional written and verbal communication and time management skills
-Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages and equipment
-Organization and the ability to multitask
-Investigative mind and strong research skills
Salary: From $50,000 - DOE
