Come join our dynamic IN-HOUSE therapy team here at Vancouver Specialty. We are looking for a part time, WA licensed, COTA (Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant). Pay starts at $40/hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities
Assist patients in performing activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote independence and enhance quality of life.
Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor patient progress and document changes in their condition.
Provide support in various settings, including home health, acute care, and skilled nursing facilities.
Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform treatment strategies and ensure patient safety.
Educate patients and families about therapeutic exercises and techniques.
Qualifications
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
Experience in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Familiarity with care plans and patient care in various settings, including home health and skilled nursing facilities
Ability to work with diverse populations, including geriatrics and pediatrics
Understanding of occupational health and acute care practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
