Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy care to patients

Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with personalized treatment plans

Collaborate with families, physicians, and healthcare team members to coordinate the most effective treatment program

Maintain accurate documentation of patient medical records

Create support plans to continue recovery and set rehabilitation goals

Qualifications:

Licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of California.

Pay Range: $34.00 to $42.00 per hour
