Priority Care Rehab has an opening for a reliable and enthusiastic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and Occupational Therapist (OT) in a premier skilled-nursing facility in Yorktown Heights, NY. Join our therapy team and play a vital role in helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life.
Implement Therapy Plans: Carry out engaging, evidence-based treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist.
Provide Direct Care: Lead effective therapy sessions focusing on ADLs, functional activities, and resident goals.
Monitor & Report: Observe resident progress, provide clear feedback to the supervising OT, and assist with documentation.
Collaborate: Work effectively within our supportive interdisciplinary team setting.
Weekly Direct Deposit: Reliable, on-time payments.
Consistent Schedule: Work stable 8-hour shifts

Qualifications:
Associate's degree from an accredited COTA program.
Current and valid New York State COTA license/certification.
Current CPR/BLS Certification.
