What You'll Do:
Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist to help residents regain independence in daily activities.
Guide residents through therapeutic exercises and activities to improve strength, coordination, and functional skills.
Observe and report residents' progress and responses to therapy, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Collaborate with the care team to support personalized, goal-oriented rehabilitation for each resident.

What You'll Need:
Valid OTA License in the state of Colorado.
Experience working in a long-term care setting is preferred, but not required.
