Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

•  Lead delivery of patient care using the nursing process, within established standards and regulations.

•  Delegate and supervise team members; accountable for patient outcomes and quality improvement.

•  Promote cultural sensitivity, patient education, and effective communication.

•  Support unit/department goals and uphold professional and ethical nursing practices.

•  RN license and BLS required; proficiency in clinical technology and strong interpersonal skills necessary.

•  Physical demands include heavy lifting and frequent patient interaction; exposure to bloodborne and hazardous materials.
