Summary: Under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist, the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) schedules and delivers occupational therapy treatments focusing on daily living skills, functional mobility, and more. Responsibilities include utilizing adaptive equipment, administering evaluations, and documenting patient progress. The COTA reports to the department manager and supervises volunteers and support staff, ensuring safe care and compliance with policies.


Requirements: Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program; new graduates accepted. Must hold a license from the Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners and CPR certification. Work is per diem as needed.
