Qualifications:
- Graduate of an 80-120 hour nursing assistant course; registered as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Wisconsin.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- No lifting or bending restrictions; previous healthcare experience desired.
- Good communication skills and compassionate bedside manner.
- Acceptable criminal background check required.
Reports to Charge Nurse or Shift Supervisor.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provides routine nursing care per facility and state guidelines.
- Flexible in work assignments; assists with resident care and hygiene.
- Recognizes and reports resident needs and symptoms.
- Maintains resident rights and safety; follows infection control procedures.
- Participates in care plan updates and team communication.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour, with shift differentials available.
