What You'll Do: As a CNA, you'll:
- Assist residents with daily functions, personal care, and medical tests.
- Record observations and report any changes in resident conditions promptly.
- ? Help transport and position residents safely.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
- Create a calm and welcoming environment throughout shifts.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 10th grade education required.
- ? Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with Tennessee state laws.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds and assist with resident transfers.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow policies and procedures.
