Full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities Opportunity for healthcare benefits for those who work at least 28 hours per week 401k available Job Requirements: The Position will have the following requirements: Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant program or Certification as Medical Assistant Current CNA or CMA certification Minimum of one year of experience in direct patient care Current Basic Life Support Certification Bilingual in English and Spanish encouraged, but not required Duties and Responsibilities: In this role, the CNA or CMA supports licensed healthcare professionals in providing quality care. Assisting with medical intake interviews and gathering essential health information Measuring and documenting vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration Preparing individuals for medical evaluations or procedures conducted by physicians or advanced practice providers Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records Supporting infection control practices and contributing to a clean, safe care environment Providing support in the diagnosis and routine treatment of minor medical conditions Assisting with patient education related to basic care, hygiene, and follow-up instructions Coordinating and preparing individuals for offsite care Monitoring patients under enhanced observation or during isolation as directed Supporting public health and infectious disease control efforts when needed Ensuring medical supplies and equipment are properly stocked, organized, and sanitized Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure efficient, compassionate patient care For More Information Contact: Laura Hatcher Company Overview: Spectrum Healthcare Resources (SHR) was established in 1988 to deliver systems and processes designed to meet the unique needs of Military and VA Health Systems.
