FLSA STATUS: Hourly
COMPENSATION: Base pay is $14.81 per hour. Average pay is $20.00 per hour. Client training session range: $22.00-$33.00 per hour. Semi-private training session range: $44.00-$66.00 per hour.

We are proud to be a 'Great Place to Work' certified company. PURPOSE The personal trainer serves as a trusted ally in clients' health and fitness journeys, delivering a world-class training experience through our UPLIFT values and a compassionate approach.
DELIVERABLES The Personal Trainer will regularly collaborate with the PTL to strategize and achieve success, including but not limited to:
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Responsible for all activities related to gaining and keeping personal training clients.
- Schedule and Deliver Complimentary PT Sessions: Organize and conduct personal training sessions for VASA members while executing all necessary processes for client success.
- Adapt Training Approaches: Adjust exercise programming to suit each client's unique needs, fostering care and connection throughout their journey.
- Create an Inviting Atmosphere: Engage with members, clients, and guests in a friendly, energetic way. Maintain consistency in appearance, safety protocols, and cleanliness.
Build a Supportive Community: Use VASA programs, tools, and resources to provide meaningful check-ins, coaching, and encouragement to support each client's ongoing success.
