About the Role
We are seeking an entry-level Financial Planner with CFP certification to join our Stamford office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to grow within our established firm while providing valuable financial planning services to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with senior advisors to develop comprehensive financial plans for clients
- Conduct financial analyses and prepare recommendations for client meetings
- Help clients identify and prioritize financial goals and objectives
- Create and review financial planning deliverables including retirement projections, education funding, and cash flow analyses
- Stay current on financial planning concepts, strategies, and regulatory changes
Qualifications
- CFP certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- 1-5 years of financial planning experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with financial planning software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
