About the Role

We are seeking an entry-level Financial Planner with CFP certification to join our Stamford office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to grow within our established firm while providing valuable financial planning services to our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Work directly with senior advisors to develop comprehensive financial plans for clients
  • Conduct financial analyses and prepare recommendations for client meetings
  • Help clients identify and prioritize financial goals and objectives
  • Create and review financial planning deliverables including retirement projections, education funding, and cash flow analyses
  • Stay current on financial planning concepts, strategies, and regulatory changes

Qualifications

  • CFP certification required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • 1-5 years of financial planning experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with financial planning software
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
