Certified Dietary Manager

Come join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals in a warm and caring. We are seeking a Dietary Manager to oversee operations in our dietary department. The Dietary Manager is responsible for managing the operations of the Dietary Department.

Location: Waynesboro, GA

The Responsibilities (not all inclusive):

Staffing
Managing a staff in proper food preparation and handling techniques
Food ordering
Food preparation
Food delivery
Clean-up

The Requirements:

High school diploma;
Valid driver's license with no significant violations;
Must meet all health requirements, including TB and drug screen;
Must pass a criminal background check;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
Dietary certification is preferred;
Previous dietary experience in a long-term care setting required;
