Pay Range: $36,940.80 to $64,396.80

We are currently hiring a Certified Dietary Manager at our new skilled nursing facility for veterans in Cleveland, Tennessee.

The Certified Dietary Manager will manage labor hours, productivity and efficiency of staff in the kitchen.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Participate in evaluation and hiring of new staff.

Ensure all employment documentation is provided to designated staff as directed in timely manner.

Schedule staff, review and approve timecards - complete all ADP requirements.

Manage labor hours, productivity and efficiency of staff.

Order all food and supplies for department.

Maintain inventory and storage of all goods - food and non-food.

Implement sanitation standards and monitor compliance.

Establish standards for good food quality.

Comply with state, federal, and all other applicable health care and safety standards.

Qualification/Educational Requirements:

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR)
