Role/Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and configure Cerner Lab modules (PathNet General Laboratory, Microbiology, Blood Bank, etc.)
- Support integration of lab systems with other Cerner and third-party systems (e.g., instruments, LIS)
- Collaborate with clinicians, lab staff, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Develop and execute test plans, validation, and change control documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and enhancement requests
- Assist with data migrations and go-live support
- Provide end-user training and create documentation as needed
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Cerner PathNet and lab-related solutions
- Experience with orderables, results, specimen collection workflows, and analyzer integration
- Familiarity with Discern Rules, CCL, and front-end configuration tools
- Understanding of HL7 interfaces and instrument interfacing tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills"
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $49,000
Pay Range Maximum: $101,200

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
