Our client, a high-end diamond jewelry company, is seeking a strategic and results-driven CEO to head the U.S. sales office, leading a team to strengthen account relationships and drive sales growth to align with the company's vision.
Responsibilities:
- Create and lead a comprehensive business plan for the US market that mirrors the company objectives.
- Increase sales through strategic business plans.
- Build key retailer partnerships while growing distribution and market channels.
- Lead and support sales team members to set performance goals, motivate, and coach developments.
- Manage the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow, streamline communication, and adhere to company policies and compliance.
- Develop and oversee annual financial budgets.
- Keep track of financial performances such as revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.
- Set up policies and procedures.
- Oversee HR functions inclusive of hiring, performance, and development in collaboration with HR personnel.
- Manage vendor and supplier contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing to increase brand awareness, loyalty, and demand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in executive leadership roles within the fine jewelry industry.
- Proven track record of growing sales, managing finances, and growing market share.
- Keen knowledge of the US jewelry market and established relationships with industry players and retailers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to represent the values of a luxury brand, exemplifying cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Experience overseeing cross-functional teams and working with a global company.
