As our Centralized Sales Lead Development Coordinator , you'll own the critical first touch with incoming leads (e.g., HomeAdvisor, Angi, Google Local Services) for multiple roofing brands across the brands. Using tools like Hatch, you'll ensure every lead is handled according to organizational speed-to-lead goals and enable a seamless handoff to local sales teams. Your speed and professionalism will play a critical role in driving higher appointment conversion rates, a better customer experience, and unlocking growth across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accelerate Lead Response:
    • Monitor live aggregator feeds (Hatch, CRMs) to pick up new leads instantaneously
    • Adhere to "speed to lead" SLAs (e.g., first outreach within 30 seconds of lead arrival)
  • Phone Engagement & Qualification:
    • Conduct friendly, consultative calls to gather preliminary job details (roof type, urgency, insurance status)
    • Confirm customer availability, address, and basic project scope
    • Enter notes and customer data accurately into Hatch or CRM
  • Appointment Scheduling & Handoff:
    • Schedule meetings with local sales reps or estimators based on lead location and availability
    • Ensure handoff communications (via Hatch notifications or email) are clear, complete, and timely
  • Lead Management & Maintenance:
    • Maintain incoming leads within aggregator portals at the top end of the funnel by scoring and disputing leads to promote better lead quality
  • Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement:
    • Monitor personal and team "speed to lead" metrics, appointment set rates, and lead conversion rates
    • Identify common lead objections or patterns; share insights with sales and marketing teams
    • Propose process refinements (call scripts, follow up cadences) to boost engagement and conversion
  • Cross Brand Coordination:
    • Adapt to brand specific scripts, pricing guidelines, and geographic territories
    • Maintain strong relationships with regional operations managers to resolve scheduling or qualification questions
Ideal Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, call center, or customer service role-preferably with inbound or aggregated lead channels
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed rapid response KPIs
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tools and dashboards (Hatch, CRMs, scheduling apps) in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional telephone presence, active listening, and empathy with homeowners
  • Strong data entry accuracy and organizational skills
  • Self starter mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
