Pay Rate: $17-20/hour (based on experience)
Shift: 3-4 Days a Week, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are currently looking for a Central Supply Clerk with nursing home experience to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of our supply and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm all orders with written purchase orders.
  • Ensure proper allocation of supplies to the correct departments.
  • Fill requisitions for routine supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain supplies and equipment in good condition.
  • Verify invoices, purchase orders, and packing slips with incoming shipments.
  • Organize and catalog supplies and equipment for efficiency and safety.
  • Respond to staff inquiries about products and supplies.
  • Research new product pricing and collaborate with the Director of Purchasing for approvals.
  • Track and follow up on back orders.
  • Submit any required changes to the Home Office promptly.
  • Assist in developing methods for managing supply inventory.
  • Provide reports and recommendations to the purchasing agent as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a nursing home or healthcare facility is required.
