We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing retail operations, as well as strong leadership and customer service skills. The Store Manager is responsible for the overall success of the store. This includes leading and motivating a team, driving sales growth, managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and profitable business.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Staffing management including hiring, training, scheduling, and facilitation of monthly meetings
- Fostering a positive work environment with a culture of respect and collaboration
- Oversee daily operations including mailbox management, print services, package processing, and inventory management
- Monitoring all communication channels such as eMail, phone, and customer reviews
- Management of the overall customer experience through training, reviews, and other feedback methods
- Assisting with elevated customer concerns and claims management
- Develop and implement in-center marketing strategies
- General center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Fiscal duties such as bank deposits, making change, entering invoices, and distributing statements
- Perform all duties of a Center Associate and other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS - High School Graduate or GED equivalent
- Two years previous retail management experience
- Existing or eligible to obtain a Notary license (pass a background check)
- Ability to problem solve, develop and implement effective solutions, and clearly articulate recommendations
- Capable of excelling in a dynamic work environment
- Basic print production knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office)
- Lift 40+ pounds unassisted
- Physical exertion required for extended periods of time to complete essential job functions
- Willing to accept full accountability for center operations
- Able to work a flexible schedule that may require shifts outside of traditional business hours, including weekends
- Effective time management and organizational skills
ADDITIONAL PREFERENCES - Proficiency in Adobe Create Cloud (Ps, Id, Ai)
COMPENSATION - $21.64 - $24.03/per hour ($45,000 - $50,000 annual equivalent)
