Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide on-the-job training for staff and assist sales consultants in achieving sales and retention goals.

• Maintain up-to-date product and operational knowledge, acting as a subject matter expert for teammates and customers.

• Support Store Manager in maintaining store operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

• Execute customer service delivery process accurately and efficiently, both in-store and over the phone.

• Proactively retain customers through rate plan analysis, outbound calls, and presenting renewal offerings, while adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

• Minimum two years of retail or related experience required; retail lead or assistant manager experience preferred.

• Strong verbal communication skills, including telephone etiquette and sales presentations.

• Proficiency in interpersonal skills such as conflict management, negotiation, and relationship building.

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Windows, with the ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math.

A motivated and organized individual with strong communication, sales, and leadership skills, who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, would excel in this role.
