TRC TALENT IS HIRING PRODUCTION SHIFT LEADS IN WHITE, GA

Our client is leading the way in clean energy. As a Shift Leader on our Production Team, you'll play a key role in guiding operators and technicians to safely and efficiently produce solar cells. Your leadership will help us achieve high-quality output while maintaining safety, efficiency, and a clean production environment.

Schedule:

Training: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (2 Months+)

After Training: 6PM-6:30AM on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Pay:

$29.50/hour


Roles and Responsibilities:

Daily Operations & Team Leadership

  • Lead daily manufacturing activities for your assigned process

  • Guide and support a team of operators and technicians

  • Communicate shift goals and hold daily check-ins with your supervisor

Production Management

  • Monitor production quality and performance metrics

  • Respond to issues quickly and drive improvement plans

  • Minimize downtime and boost equipment productivity

Quality & Safety Focus

  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment following cleanroom standards

  • Identify and report abnormal quality trends

  • Help enforce safety protocols and respond to incidents

Materials & Labor Coordination

  • Oversee use of materials and request necessary supplies

  • Assign tasks based on staffing and production needs

  • Track material usage and report waste or disposal needs

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with Engineering and Equipment teams for maintenance support

  • Assist the Shift Supervisor when needed

  • Communicate clearly with all departments, from floor staff to management


Qualifications & Preferences:

Education

  • Associate's degree in science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience

  • 3+ years in a manufacturing or production environment

  • At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role

  • Experience in production or process management preferred

Skills & Knowledge PFamiliarity with semiconductor or solar cell processes a plus.
