Primary duties and responsibilities of this position:
• Provide clerical and office support;
• Store, format, edit, revise and print reports;
• Create initial file in which all required documents are collected;
• Maintain database to track files, documents and records;
• Create, process, file and forward documents;
• Organize work procedures by following established guidelines to assist in determining effective and time efficient methods;
• Direct customers by providing resources and informational services;
• Provide primary switchboard operator duties;

Minimum Qualifications
Two years of general clerical experience.
General clerical duties may include: The accurate and timely completion of processing documents and information; data entry; printing, scanning, and making copies; scheduling; accepting reservations or registrations; arrange meeting logistics and equipment; reception and intake; record keeping, filing and maintenance; answering multi line phones and relaying messages; and general administrative tasks in an office support environment.
Substitutions
College or university course work, in Business, Criminal Justice, or a related field may substitute for the experience on a year-for-year basis.
