CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Orientation Pay:
- Truck Driver Orientation pay increased to $10,000(5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid in first 180 days.
- Week 1: $1,500
- Week 2: $1,200
- 120 Days: $2,300
- 180 Days: $5,000
CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months of flatbed experience
- No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
- No DUI in the past 10 years
- Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requirement
