CDL Rear Load Drivers are responsible for collecting and hauling waste or recycling materials. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating trucks safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Providing trash/recycling removal services and maintaining route logs.
- Conducting pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
- Interacting professionally with customers.
Required skills include excellent driving abilities, physical stamina, and good communication. Candidates must have a valid Class B CDL, DOT Medical Card, and be at least 19 years old. Previous waste industry experience is preferred. The position may involve flexible hours and exposure to various driving conditions.
