Immediate Openings for CDL-A OTR Truck Drivers

AD is a family-owned enterprise based in Canton, Michigan, managing a fleet of approximately 500 trucks. Our company is distinguished for its exceptional equipmentquality, impressive mileagerecords, and family feelacross the company. With more than a quarter of our drivers having driven over a million miles with us, and an average tenure surpassing five years, each driver holds significant value to us.
While our terminal is centered in Michigan, we operate nationwide and welcome applications from candidates across various locations. Our primary operational regions lie to the east of the Mississippi River and within the Midwest. (Please note that we do not offer mandatory dispatch services to the islands and boroughs of New York.)
Why Drive for AD?

$0.60 CPM (cents per mile)
$80.00/day per diem

Additional pay information:

Michigan's daily per diem rate is $80.00.
In quarter four of 2024, this is what our fleet averaged:

Top 5%averaged 3,880miles
Top 10%averaged 3,404miles
Top 25%averaged 2,925miles
Top 50%averaged 2,640miles

20%of our fleet is made up of drivers who have surpassed one million mileswith our company, and 7%have surpassed 2 million.

Bonuses & Benefits
Get paid for clean DOT inspections.

Clean inspection for general commodity= $50.00 bonus
Clean inspection for Hazmat freight= $100.00bonus

Have a Hazmat endorsement?

Hazmat placarded loads= $100.00 bonus for each load
Please note that a Hazmat endorsement is not a prerequisite for employment.

Get a $2,000.00 bonus for referring a qualified over-the-road driver.

45 daysof employment = $250.00
90 daysof employment = $750.00
150 days of employment = $1,000

Job Requirements:

One year of53' trailer experience
Pass risk management review
No open Clearinghouse violations
Must be able and willing to drive at night(about 50% of the time)
Must be willing to drive in northeast region (no forced dispatch into the islands and boroughs of New York)
Criminal background is handled on case-by-case basis
