Salary Range: $25-$28/hr, based on experience
Home Weekends. (Shift starts Sunday night or Monday night depending on needs)
Core Contributions:
- Compliance and Safety:
- Comply with all Federal, State, and local regulations for the safe operation of a commercial motor vehicle
- Utilize ELD system for daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Material Transfer:
- Transfer material to and from regional locations to maintain production efficiency
- Documentation and Verification:
- Verify inspections, licenses, etc.
Essential Experiences:
- High school diploma or GED, or 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- 2+ years of on the road tractor trailer driving experience is required
- Must meet or exceed the medical standards of the U.S. Department of Transportation
CDL Driver Perks:
- Home on weekends
- You will have your own, well maintained, truck (no slip seat)
- Trucks are automatic with sleepers
- Routes are dock to dock with some drop & hook
- Company covers cost to maintain your CDL and medical certification
- Per diem for overnight runs
