This Reefer Team Route Offers:
- Start at 35 CPM per driver - Average $1,750-$1,925 per week per driver - based on 5,000-5,500 miles per week
- $2,100 per driver at 6,000 miles per week
- $2,450 per driver at 7,000 miles per week
- Each load averages 800-1,000 miles
- Average 5,000-7,000 miles per week
- Comprehensive health coverage after 90 days
- Monthly bonus structure: Up to $300 per month split pay
Evaluations and Raise Opportunities:
- At 90 days: 2 CPM increase split pay
- At 1 year: Additional 2 CPM increase split pay
- Each year anniversary after first year: 1 CPM increase split pay
