Job Description:
We are seeking highly skilled and adaptable CDL-A licensed drivers to join our elite Flex Driver Team. As a Flex Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service, even when unexpected situations arise. Key Responsibilities:

Provide reliable and timely coverage for scheduled shifts when other drivers are unavailable due to emergencies or other reasons.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by interacting professionally with clients and team members.
Exhibit high emotional intelligence and the ability to get along with a diverse range of personalities.
Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of vehicles.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate schedules and assignments.
Represent Inland Xpress with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:

Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record, with 2 years OTR driving experience.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
High emotional intelligence and adaptability in various situations.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to handle the physical demands of the job.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
