We are currently recruiting for a talented CCTV Security Service Engineer to join a growing company based in Birmingham. This fantastic opportunity offers a salary of up to £35,000, along with a competitive benefits package. The role involves installing and maintaining a variety of security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control. Based in Bromsgrove, this office-based position offers a dynamic work environment where you will directly contribute to a team focused on providing top-tier security solutions across the Midlands and surrounding areas.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain intruder alarm systems, CCTV (IP and analogue), and access control systems.
- Perform system diagnostics and provide detailed reports on potential issues.
- Propose and explain additional works to customers and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adhere to safety standards at all times.
- Assist in stock control and maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing training.
What Experience is Required:
- At least 3 years of experience in the security industry.
- Solid understanding of Honeywell Galaxy and Texecom systems.
- Must hold an ECS/CSCS Card and Emergency First Aid certification.
