FURTHER EXPANDING ACCESS: We are currently hiring for our newly awarded SAMHSA CCBHC Planning, Development and Implementation grant.
About the Role
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:
- Reports to work on time as scheduled and at the location assigned.
- Oversees all aspects of the CCBHC grant project, to include development of data collection, monitoring, analysis and reporting systems, program staff, and oversees and administers the grant budget funds.
- Completes operational management and implementation of grant requirements.
- Collaborates and corresponds with SAMHSA, the National Evaluation Team, State and local entities and serves as the authorized agency representative.
- Participates in Quality Management Team activities and projects to provide data and continuous quality improvement of systems and processes.
- Prepares and presents reports to the appropriate councils, boards, and stakeholders.
- Develops data collection workflows and facilitates data collection protocols; evaluates implications for data-driven continuous quality improvement.
- Analyzes, evaluates and interprets data and project outcomes.
- Monitors access and outcomes of disparate populations.
- Responsible for developing and training staff on protocols, procedures, policies related to the collection of data, and oversees all training content and plans.
- Monitors compliance with grant specific requirements and develops an action plan for any identified non-compliance.
- Provides care consultation, intervention and supervision for team members, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of community resources for individuals in recovery from SUD, SED, SMI and/or COD.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in health related (public health/policy/administration) business or social science field.
- Knowledge of CCBHC standards, best practices, behavioral health and IT
- 5 years' experience working with individuals with SUD, SED, SMI or COD
- Experience and knowledge in data analytics, conducting needs assessments, evaluation of program goals, outcomes and working in grant programs.
- Strong computer skills - ability to navigate federal grant award systems, extract and input data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Current Michigan Driver's License
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
