Cath Lab Tech

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various cardiac procedures and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Duties
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures within the cardiac catheterization lab
Monitor patients' vital signs during procedures
Utilize telemetry equipment to track patients' heart rhythms
Maintain a sterile field using aseptic techniques
Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization procedures
Apply knowledge of medical terminology and cardiology practices
Collaborate with healthcare professionals in emergency medicine settings

Experience
Previous experience in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center is preferred
Proficiency in cardiac catheterization techniques
Familiarity with cardiology procedures and equipment
Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy relevant to cardiovascular health

Job Types: Travel healthcare, Contract

Pay: $47.50 - $61.15 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
