Key Responsibilities: - Lead, coach, and support team members
- Deliver excellent guest experiences
- Performs food truck opening and closing duties, such as prep training and turning on all equipment, propane fill-up, and driving.
- Review, maintain, and replenish all food truck inventory, and bank.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and inventory
- Oversee daily operations, setup, and event logistics
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food quality standards
- Assist with ordering, vendor communication, and cost control
- Report maintenance and operational issues
Qualifications: - 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Positive, hands-on attitude
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends)
- Basic math and computer skills
