This includes building relationships with key customers, analyzing market trends, and implementing growth plans for product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze industry trends to create long-term strategies for product categories.
- Develop pricing and promotional plans to boost sales and profitability.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry (10 years preferred).
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
Additional Information:- 50% travel required.
- Preferably based in Lebanon, TN, with remote options available.
