The Catalog Services team at Amazon is looking for a highly motivated and talented candidate to support the improvement of our catalog creation processes and experience. The ideal candidate must demonstrate attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and great capacity for self-management. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate an approach to continuously advocating for, and driving improvements on behalf of our customers.

Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide support for catalog creation, listing products, shipment related issues, etc.
  2. Handle cases related to inbounding, product issues, and customer complaints.
  3. Guide partners in completing onboarding formalities and train them on internal tools.
  4. Co-ordinate with partners and internal teams for catalog creation & product imaging.
  5. Review Amazon catalog for content quality based on pre-defined guidelines & co-ordinate with the internal team to fix the issues for better customer experience.
  6. Document processes & regularly update existing SOPs.
  7. Review & suggest SOP changes required, if any, to the team based on input from Business managers.
  8. Handle daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
  9. Work with key internal stakeholders to improve catalog quality at creation, while providing a self-serviced and user-friendly experience to our partners.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor degree
- Experience in process creation and improvement
- Experience with Excel: ability to process and analyze data on a daily basis

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in back office operations, escalation management, and troubleshooting environments.
