Position: Casino Host

Salary: $60,000-$70,000K

Relocation Offered: Yes, for this role with it being a non-manager role probably be more like $3,000 - $5,000

Position Summary

As a Team Member of the Marketing/PD team, the Casino Host is an Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The Casino Host is responsible for ensuring our top tiered players' needs are taken care of by providing exceptional Guest service. They will adhere to all Company guidelines, including but not limited to comping guidelines, procedures, and internal controls.

Essential Functions:

  • Evaluate play and issue comps based on established department comp matrix.
  • Create, develop, and execute special events on and off-site.
  • Plan and execute targeted special events.
  • Maintain relationships with internal Guests to help identify potential new high-level players.
  • Greet and inform new Guests of our rewards program and ensure successful enrollment.
  • Actively pursue new Guests using personal network and community events.
  • Market property and all applicable promotions and special events through telemarketing, email and in-person contacts.
  • Increase visitation and ADW of Guests through building strong relationships and understanding of Guest patterns.
  • Assist the marketing department in executing brand promotions and events.
  • Act as an ambassador for the marketing department with all internal Guests.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to continue to refine skills and knowledge in marketing.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
  • Previous Casino, hospitality, sales, and marketing experience.
  • Relevant Guest service/FOH experience.
  • Basic understanding of how Casino Rewards programs work.
  • Familiarity with Casino CRM/CMS software.
  • Familiarity with current TG and gaming machines.
  • Basic understanding of LMS.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution.
  • Experience with player tracking software.
  • Previous Casino Host experience.
  • Promotions and special event planning.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
