We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Cashier/Receptionist to support our branch in San Leandro. The Receptionist/Cashier is responsible for answering a multi phone system in a friendly and professional manner and forwarding incoming calls efficiently and accurately to all employees. Taking all forms of payment from our cash customers and applying payments into Eclipse system, reconciling payments by daily cash transaction reports and balancing the cash drawer. Ideal candidates will posses strong organizational skills, oral skills, and written skills and demonstrate courteous professional customer service skills.
Essential Responsibilities & Duties: - Answers calls on multi-line phone and routes incoming calls to individuals, pages employees if necessary.
- Greets guest and assist with general information.
- Process and files paperwork such as transfers, purchase orders, etc.
- Confirms and schedules all purchase orders.
- Takes all forms of payment from cash customers and applies payment into system.
- Runs report for daily cash transactions.
- Balances cash drawer.
- Makes all changes on tickets and puts in numeric order for A/R.
- Sorts and distributes incoming mail and faxes.
- Handles all outgoing mail.

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Other Skills and Abilities: Detail oriented, 10-key and computer literate. Good communications and organizational skills. Team player. Multi-line phone experience a plus.
