The Case Manager RN facilitates a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation and advocacy for options and services to meet an individual and family's comprehensive health needs through communication and available resources to promote quality, cost-effective outcomes. Education Associate's degree in Nursing License FL Registered Nurse Certifications Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Red Cross or American Heart Association National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Experience Two years of clinical experience as a registered nurse (RN) in an acute care setting.
