Case Manager
Stelvio Group are pleased to be recruiting a highly energetic and organized individual to join our client's team as a Case Manager in their Fort Washington, PA, offices. This is an onsite position, in which the successful candidate would need to be able to commute to the office location 5 days a week to be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the case processing workflow.
- Provide ongoing support and service to policyowners and advisors as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
- Perform detailed reviews of documents in support of generating new business.
- Achieve phone and transaction performance goals as defined by stakeholders.
- Remain current on medical facility and insurance carrier policies, operational processes, and compliance criteria.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher level of education (GPA 3.2 minimum requirement).
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team setting.
- Two (2) or more years of Life and Annuity Insurance experience preferred.
- Prior experience with iPipeline and SureLC systems and modules is preferred.
