Case Manager

Now Hiring: Case Managers - Brooklyn & Harlem (Temp to Perm)
Pay: $22-$25/hour Full-Time

Join a mission-driven team working at shelters in Brooklyn and Harlem where you can make a real impact. We're seeking dedicated Case Managers for temp-to-perm positions to provide direct support services to individuals experiencing homelessness.

What You'll Do:
Provide direct case management services to a caseload of clients
Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments
Connect clients with psychiatric services and other essential supports
Prepare and submit all required documentation for housing applications
Collaborate with shelter staff and community partners to help clients reach stability

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree (BA) required
Prior case management experience is required
Experience in a MICA shelter or working with individuals with mental illness and substance use disorders is a plus
Strong organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills
