A well-respected personal injury law firm in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join its team. This role provides the opportunity to manage personal injury claims from intake to settlement while working closely with attorneys and clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience handling personal injury cases, including pre-suit case management.
Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from initial intake through settlement.
Maintain regular communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
Gather medical records, police reports, and other essential documentation to support claims.
Draft demand letters and assist attorneys in case preparation.
Organize and maintain case files, ensuring deadlines are met and cases progress efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 3 years of experience in personal injury case management.
