We are looking for a Case Manager to assist an injury attorney and their team with managing and resolving injury and death claims. This role involves working on motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and product liability cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the claims process, liability theories, and medical treatment, and be skilled in client communication. Fluency in Spanish is required.
Job Duties:
- Open and organize transfer files for referral sources, obtaining necessary documents
- Communicate with transfer clients and referring attorneys
- Prepare MVA Complaints, filings, and services
- Calendar court dates, rejections, judges, and court dates, running calendars and emailing calendar dept ️
- Enter settlement checks
- Assist with setting up transports
- Manage incoming correspondence and forward to teleworking staff

Required Education & Experience:
- Computer proficiency (MS Word, Outlook, Adobe; willing to train)
