We are a fast-paced personal injury law firm looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team. If you have experience in personal injury law, thrive in a dynamic environment, and are passionate about helping clients navigate the legal process, we want to hear from you.
However, personal injury experience is not required for the right candidate.
What You'll Be Doing
Client Intake & Case Management
Gather intake information from prospective clients and determine case viability.
Guide clients through the pre-litigation process, ensuring they receive proper medical treatment.
Manage and update case files in CasePeer and Dropbox.
Legal & Insurance Coordination
Research and contact insurance companies to determine case coverage.
Draft and send insurance demands, withdrawal letters, settlement emails, and other legal correspondence.
Handle medical provider negotiations and draft reduction requests.
Verify balances with medical providers and coordinate settlements.
Client & Provider Communication
Maintain regular contact with clients and medical providers.
Schedule and facilitate client settlement meetings.
Draft and send "Welcome Emails" to all new clients.
Administrative & Financial Duties
Process check requests and facilitate payments to providers and clients.
Manage subrogation and ensure all insurance and medical ledgers are properly documented.
Draft medical summaries for depositions and final case reviews.
Who We're Looking For
Experience: Prefer at last 1 year in a personal injury law firm (case management experience preferred).
Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CasePeer, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and Dropbox.
Project Management: Ability to drive cases forward and keep clients informed at every step.
Self-Starter: You can work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Benefits: Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience. Negotiable for more experienced applicants who can hit the ground running/require minimum onboarding. This is a Full-Time, W2 role.
We provide Medical/Dental/Vision (50% contribution) + 401k with matching.
Remote Flexibility: We run a hybrid office, alternating in-office and WFH days. This job will be in office for the first 60 days.
