Your Future Role: As a participant in the L2L program, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering top-notch customer service by greeting customers enthusiastically and fulfilling their needs.
- Managing daily store operations, ensuring effective staffing, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their performance and job satisfaction.
- Conducting regular audits to keep store standards high and addressing any quality issues.
Qualifications: - A valid driver's license.
- An associate's degree or higher, or at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a relevant field.
- Ability to work a retail schedule (including weekends and holidays).
- Minimum age of 16; must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physical capacity to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and handle the demands of a fast-paced environment.
- Must be fluent in English for effective communication with team members and customers.
