Compensation: - Range: $15.00 to $17.00 depending on experience & location.
- Additional $.50 an hour after Caribou Barista Certification.
- Shift differential: $2.00 to $3.00 depending on location.

Caribou Team Members: - Greet and chat with our guests.
- Create a positive and energetic atmosphere for every guest.
- Develop personal ongoing relationships with regular guests.
- Prepare beverages and serve food products according to Caribou's policies and procedures.
- Stock and organize store merchandise.
- Ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Take guest orders and efficiently ring sales using the POS system.
- Manage cash drawer and follow all cash handling policies and procedures.
Experience & Skill - Work effectively with the public.
- Provide the highest level of guest service to the team and guests.
- Perform physical labor.
- Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
